ground conditions, please call the WESTERN SHOW MANAGER (Aaron Buttigieg),
and the ENGLISH SHOW MANAGER (Christine Cragg Bertrand) nobody else has the authority.
The Show Managers have till 10:00pm Saturday before the show to notify the judges of cancellation
